You can have fun with this type project and bring whimsy to your yard. Be creative with what you want to use as a pot. I like to go to flea markets or garage sales to look for unusual items to use in this manner. Up-cycling is a great way to bring interest without an expensive price tag.

When you look at items try to see beyond what they were meant to be and think about what you can make them become. You really don’t have to be very handy for a lot of these ideas. . In some instances you may need to use paint, glue or cut a hole in something but for the most part you can leave things as is.
