Now is the time to be on the lookout for brown patches. The best way to get rid of brown patches is to start treating them as early as possible. Brown patches start off as circular patterns of yellow discoloration in your lawn. Regular applications of fungicide could be necessary to treat the issue.

A great way to start preparing for cooler temperatures is to become ready to protect your vulnerable plants. Start brainstorming ideas of how to protect your plants from winter wind.
