Our Collaborative Design Process: Tailored to Your Needs, Budget, and Preferences.
Step one
Schedule an Appointment
Contact our office by phone or complete our online contact form to arrange a complimentary consultation with one of our landscape designers.
Step two
Vision Meeting
One of our landscape design team members will visit your property to discuss your vision and budget. They will take measurements and obtain a copy of the site plan.
Step three
Concept Design Review
We will schedule a follow-up meeting—either in person or via video conference—to review the initial draft of the three-dimensional design together.
Step four
Proposal Generation
Once the design is finalized, we will create a detailed proposal for the project.
Step five
Contract Agreement
We will obtain your signature on the contract and require a 50% deposit to proceed with the project.
Step six
Pre-Construction Planning
During this step, we will order the necessary materials, obtain any required approvals from your Homeowners Association (HOA), secure permits, and establish a construction schedule.
Step seven
Construction Kick-Off
We will begin the construction process as scheduled.
Step eight
Final Walk-Through
Once the project is complete, we will conduct a final walk-through to ensure everything meets your expectations.
